ABOUT ME

I am a vibrant individual who takes an artistic approach to life. I am often seen flinging glitter into the air and conjuring four-course meals from the sky. I am a mover and shaker, dreamer and do-er. I mesmerize strangers with my excel spreadsheets, storyboards, and logo designs. I use chairs as tables, and tables as fashion runways. I can coordinate the wardrobe of 250 people at a time, and I am an expert in LED lighting choreography, agile on the battlefield, and a hero under pressure...

Greater Los Angeles Area, Orange County, and San Diego County

Develops, creates, and designs original concepts, content, graphics, branding elements, and productions for various corporate, event, and entertainment clients. Provides creative services including, but not limited to conceptual art, event production, event, management, script writing, interior design, and corporate brand development. Executes consistent, efficient, and quality work, while exceeding and managing client’s expectations. Maintains a reliable network of vendors, contractors, and talent. Responsible for leading and tracking all phases including concept, design, budget, documentation, planning, and execution.

Ultimar Inc., January 2016 to May 2017

Creative Director 

Fullerton, California 

Serves as the creative head and the point-of-contact for all branding, advertising, and marketing efforts. Manages and interfaces with a national team of designers, artists, copywriters, sales people and marketers. Develop new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages. Create, execute, and maintain a cohesive vision, brand identity, online presence, campaigns, strategies, events, assets, and collateral to properly represent the corporate identity and communicate a cohesive message. Make decisions on final copy, final art, finished commercials, traditional media, social media, events, and radio spots. Hire, guide, direct, and track the productivity of the creative department, by implementing processes and procedures, establishing timelines, approving all creative work, track industry trends, and managing approved budgets.

 

3-D Theatricals, November 2014 to January 2016

Anaheim, California

Evaluates current development activities. Develops and executes comprehensive plan to maximize results. Implements more effective and cohesive standard operating procedures within the scope of marketing, public relations, fundraising, and donor development. Execute duties related to events and public performances, including but not limited to concept, budget, scheduling, call sheets, staffing, talent, scripts, creative staff, timelines, and day-of execution. Execute duties and represent the Executive Producer in their absence.

BTB Event Productions, April 2011 to April 2013                                  

Creative Director and Sales Manager

Fountain Valley, California

Charged with overseeing the creative, sales, and operations teams of the company and reports directly to the owner. Responsible for managing all day-to-day and creative activities of BTB Event Productions, a company that specializes in event and theatrical production, including theatrical and concert style entertainment, original shows, atmosphere talent, props, sets, and lighting design for original and remounted productions. Analyzes, adapts and creates policies and procedures for purposes of improving safety, efficiency, creativity, and ingenuity. Meets with clients to develop and create concept designs, scripts, and create full productions while scouting specialty acts, atmosphere talent, and performers. Monitors a talent database, department and client budgets and a 15,000-item inventory that is housed within a 40,000 square foot warehouse to properly use and re purpose current inventory while creating, designing, and purchasing new items for specific needs.

Disneyland Resort, February 2000 to April 2002 

Attractions Working Lead and Scheduler

Anaheim, California

Responsible for the daily operations, including managing, developing, and coaching hourly employees. Maintain current knowledge of the Walt Disney Company and affiliated brands. Uphold and communicate company policies and provide a direct channel of communication between upper management and employees. In addition, operates in a fast-paced environment daily, while anticipating a variety of guest needs. Other responsibilities include payroll, creating operating procedures and tracking attraction maintenance.
